The Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences – Branch 2 celebrated the graduation of a new group of students/Dean Dr. Joseph Labaki’s class, in a ceremony held at the “Fouad Afram Al Bustani Building” – Fanar.
The ceremony was attended by President Bassam Badran, Dean of the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences, Dr. Soha El Samad, and the Director of Branch 2, Dr. Desiree Azzi, and the Director of the Center for Languages & Translation, Dr. Layal Merhi, in addition to the family of Dean Dr. Joseph Labaki and a number of current and former deans and directors, professors, educational and social figures, and the families of the graduates.
Dr. Azzi gave a speech in which she referred to Dean Labaki’s national career, noting that he will remain one of the symbols of which the Lebanese University is proud.
