The Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture participated in the closing event of the PR-GPS project, funded by DAAD Ta’ziz Netzwerk and supported by Habitat Unit – Technische Universität Berlin, which was organized at the Goethe Institute in Cairo.
The event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture, Dr. Hicham Zeineddine, and the Head of the master’s Program in Landscape Design, Dr. Nina Zeidan, who presented the contribution of the department’s students to a workshop organized in Tunisia last year.
The project brings together several German and Arab universities (from Lebanon, Tunisia, Jordan, Iraq, Sudan, Egypt, and Yemen) and includes a group of researchers, students, and representatives of municipalities and civil society under the title “Promoting Dialogue on Local Governance and Participatory Design of Public Spaces”.
