President Bassam Badran sponsored the ceremony organized by the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration for the graduation of students of the academic year 2024-2025, entitled “The Southern Harvest”.
The ceremony, which was held at the Faculty of Science in Nabatieh, was attended by political, academic, educational, social, security, and union figures, in addition to a number of deans, directors, professors from the Lebanese University faculties and institutes, and the graduates’ families.
The opening speech was delivered by the Director of the Faculty of Science – Branch 5, Dr. Wassim Rammal, who addressed the graduates, saying: “Your path was paved with tears and fatigue, with long waits under a sky ablaze with shelling, and with days that some thought would break your will, but you rose from the rubble to write a new poem of hope.
