President Bassam Badran appointed Dr. Youssef Chehadeh Akoury as Director of the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences – Branch 4, effective 15 July 2025.
Dr. Akoury holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology and headed the Department of Psychology at FLHS for several years. He is a member of the research team in psychology at the Doctoral School of Literature, Humanities & Social Sciences.
Dr. Akoury has published a number of books, research papers and studies on clinical psychology and psychological diagnosis.
