Zainab Hassan and Hadi Rahhal won the Lebanese University tennis season title, which was held at the Rafik Hariri University Campus in Hadath.
Zainab Hassan defeated Sakina Merhi (both from the FEBA) 4-0 in the final match.
Hassan defeated Hadeel Karakba (FFAA) 4-1 in the “A” category, while Merhi defeated Nour Mona (FLPAS) 4-1 in the “B” category.
The men’s title went to Hadi Rahhal (Faculty of Science) after his victory in the final against Ali Saleh (Faculty of Science) 4-0.
The semi-finals of category “A” witnessed Rahhal’s victory over Mustafa Arzouni (Faculty of Science) 4–1, and Hassan Saad (Faculty of Pedagogy) over Mohammed Atwi (Faculty of Engineering) 4–1, then Rahhal defeated Saad 4–1.
On the other hand, Ali Saleh defeated Ali Al-Shaar (FFAA) 5-3 in the final of category “B”.
