Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture - Branch I

A group of students from the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture – Branch 1 carried out a project in which they drew and conceptualized how to rebuild houses in the border town of Meiss El Jabal after it was destroyed by the recent Israeli aggression.

Dr. Hussein Wannous, who supervised the students’ work, emphasized that this project stems from the university’s fundamental mission to serve its community and is related to the reconstruction of the main neighborhood in the town of Meiss El Jabal.

Dr. Wannous noted that 40 third-year architecture students began by photographing and cataloguing the buildings that would be included in the project, then selected 40 houses and buildings and redesigned them with a new architectural identity.
