The Center for Legal, Administrative & Political Studies at the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences organized a scientific seminar entitled “Global Strategic Changes and the Quest for a New World Order”, in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Habib Kazzi, the Director of the Center, Dr. Samer Abdallah, Director of Branch 1, Dr. Mujtaba Mortada, and a group of professors and research students.
The session was moderated by Dr. Jihad Bannout, Head of the Strategic Studies Department at the Center, who outlined the challenges of the coming phase and the importance of keeping pace with them. Strategic researcher Mikhael Awad then presented an approach to the current world order and the transition to a new multipolar world order.
This was followed by a presentation by Dr. Hassan Jouni, an expert in international law, who discussed international law as a reflection of the international community.
