The Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences – Branch 1, in collaboration with Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES), organized a training workshop entitled: “Mechanisms for the application of Article 47 of the Code of Criminal Procedure under Law 191/2020”.
The workshop was inaugurated by the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Habib Kazzi, the Branch Director, Dr. Mujtaba Mortada, and Mrs. Verena El Amil, Legal Project Manager at Friedrich Ebert.
The training aimed to enhance students’ understanding of the most significant legislative amendments relating to the rights of suspects during preliminary investigations and to open a discussion on the practical challenges of implementing Article 47.
