Under the patronage of President General Joseph Aoun, represented by Minister of Labor Dr. Mohammad Haidar, the Lebanese University organized the 12th Bio Beirut Conference specializing in immunology and cancer.
The opening ceremony was attended by MP Dr. Michel Moussa, representing Speaker of the House Nabih Berri, Minister of Youth & Sports Dr. Nora Bayrakdarian, representing Prime Minister Najib Mikati, Lebanese University President Dr. Bassam Badran, and a number of ministers, MPs, representatives of military, security and regulatory agencies, and local and international academic, scientific and research bodies, as well as deans and directors of the Lebanese University’s faculties, institutes and branches.
