The Faculty of Information – Branch 2 hosted the Lebanese University Table Soccer Championship (Baby-Foot), the first university championship organized under the supervision of the Founding Committee of the Game Federation in collaboration with the Sports Activities Department at the Lebanese University. Branch 2 coach, Tania Daher, was in charge of managing the competitions, while the Public Relations Department at the Faculty of Information – Branch 2, represented by Dr. Sabine Abou Raffoul and a number of students, promoted the event, which attracted 75 students from various faculties and institutes.
The championship also featured recreational competitions in table tennis, table football, and backgammon, and the winners received incentive prizes from the sponsors.
