Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture - Branch I

Projects by students from the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture – Branch 1 (3rd year architecture) won the competition to design a cultural and social complex in the southern town of Majdal Selm, which was destroyed by Israeli attacks.

 

Sixty-seven projects participated in the competition, and fifteen outstanding projects were judged. The results were as follows:

– First place: Mohammad Hijazi

– Second place: Fatima Al-Khatib

– Third place: Mohammad Bailoun and Asil Qassem

During a ceremony held at the Order of Engineers & Architects – Beirut, the winners were honored in the presence of academic, professional, municipal, and social figures.
