The Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management organized a blood donation campaign in collaboration with the Children Cancer Center Lebanon (CCCL) at the American University of Beirut Medical Center.
The campaign began with an awareness session to introduce the mission, history and medical work of the Children’s Cancer Center, followed by a moving testimony from one of the center’s cancer survivors.
After the session, students from the tourism, hospitality management, and guidance departments participated in the blood donation campaign. Professors, administrative staff, and department heads also contributed to the success of the campaign through their attendance and support.
The campaign, organized by third-year tourism management students, included a donation box for the Children’s Cancer Center.
