The graduates of the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture – Branch 3, Rita Al-Samani and Anthony Barakat, won first place globally in the Single-Stair Housing Challenge organized by Buildner in collaboration with SIR+ Architects in Denver, Colorado, USA.
The latest in the series of Affordable Housing Challenges, the competition attracts architects and designers from around the world to submit innovative, sustainable and adaptable housing solutions, focusing on single-stair designs to utilize unused space in DENVER.
Rita and Anthony are both graduates of the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture and hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture.
