President Bassam Badran assigned Dr. Hisni Mohammad Sleiman to manage the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences (Branch 4) as of 6 September 2024.
Dr. Sleiman holds a PhD in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the Doctoral School in Poitiers, France, and has a number of books and papers published in both Arabic and French related to private penal law, ordinary criminal justice, and exceptional criminal justice.
