The Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture honored actress and academic Julia Kassar at a ceremony attended by President Bassam Badran, Dean Hicham Zeineddine, the President of the Executive Council of the League of Full-time Contractual Professors, Dr. Antoine Charbel, branch directors, faculty representatives, heads of departments, and a host of artists and students.
President Bassam Badran praised FFAA achievements as a key faculty in developing society and achieving a balance between cultural, artistic and social life.
President Badran noted that the tribute to the great actress Julia Kassar comes after she won the Murex D’or-2024 award for creativity in acting for her outstanding performance in “The Godfather of Beirut”.
