Selection tests for the Lebanese University’s soccer, mini-football, futsal, basketball and volleyball teams, which will compete in the Lebanese University Sports Federation (FSUL) championship, are due to start on 20 January 2025.
In line with President Bassam Badran’s directives to activate and develop sports activities, procedures have been accelerated to ensure that objectives and aspirations are met, given that education and sport go hand in hand.
To this end, President Badran formed a specialist committee comprising Dr. Tarek Assaf, Dr. Rami Bitar and Dr. Zakaria Msaike to implement a strategic plan for the next phase. The committee began its work in coordination and cooperation with the sports activities department, which was headed by coach Ahmad Hazer.
