The French Embassy in Lebanon has just opened the 2025 call for applications for the Forsa program, a mobility scholarship program for Lebanese students wishing to study in France at master’s or engineering degree level, as part of a joint or double degree between France and Lebanon. This program aims to strengthen Franco-Lebanese university partnerships by facilitating the mobility of deserving students. Candidates applying for an M2 program that does not exist in Lebanon are eligible.
The scholarship can be awarded for a period ranging from 1 semester to 4 semesters in the case of engineering schools. Enrolment in a higher education establishment in France is mandatory to obtain the scholarship. All majors and English-language courses are eligible.
