As part of the cooperation program between the AUF and the Doctoral School of Science & Technology, the AUF is launching a permanent call for 2025 to support scientific events within the framework of the “Valorization of Scientific Research in the Middle East” project.
The call will be open from 13 January to 30 November 2025, for scientific events taking place between 15 March and 31 December 2025.
Applications for support should be submitted online at least two months before the planned date of the scientific event.
Applications should include the following documents:
- The completed online form:

- Scientific committee list
- List of the organizing committee
- Detailed program of the event
- Provisional list of speakers
- Estimated overall budget for the event
- Detailed budget estimate for support requested from the AUF
- Abbreviated CVs of speakers
- If applicable, an estimate of the costs of publishing the conference proceedings
- If applicable, an estimate of translation/interpretation and communication costs
