Caretaker Minister of Education & Higher Education, Abbas Halabi announced the closure of schools, high schools, public and private technical institutes, the Lebanese University and all private higher education institutions tomorrow, Wednesday, and the suspension of administrative and preparatory work in schools, high schools, public and private technical institutes, in protest of the criminal act committed by the Israeli enemy against citizens, which resulted in thousands of martyrs and wounded.
Minister Halabi expressed his deepest condolences to the families of the martyrs, expressing his deep sorrow and pain, and prayed for the wounded to recover quickly and heal their wounds.
Minister Halabi appealed to the world conscience to stop the Israeli killing spree, which is merciless and indiscriminate, and has committed an unprecedented mass crime against the Lebanese people.
