The Lebanese University won the (SAFIR-2022) project of the Francophone University Agency (AUF)/Middle East Directorate entitled: “Establishing or strengthening university incubators in North Africa and the Middle East”.
The program aims to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the economic inclusion of youth in nine countries of the Middle East and North Africa (Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria and Tunisia).
The Lebanese University will benefit from technical and financial support to enhance its academic activity in raising awareness about SDGs, promoting social entrepreneurship, and creating incubation spaces dedicated to students/entrepreneurs.
