Dear respected researchers,
Greetings,
A- Researchers who have not yet submitted their mid-term or final reports for their research projects are kindly requested to send them via email to: ul.research@ul.edu.lb, in accordance with the following:
1. Mid-term report: Write a report of no more than five pages, in addition to filling out the form attached above.
2. Final report: According to the form above, including the full text of the research. The financial statement and original invoices confirming the expenses for the full value of the contract should be sent via the faculty mail (through the administrative chain) after the purchases have been entered into the warehouse movement at the faculty and the Central Administration.
3. Please refer to the guide previously sent regarding the invoices attached to the final report.
4. It should be noted that failure to send the required reports will expose the parties concerned to reimbursement of the amounts paid if the delay is not justified.
B- Research professors who wish to extend their contracts are requested to send their extension requests to the following email address: ul.research@ul.edu.lb, attaching the reasons for the extension and specifying the work that has not been completed to date, in addition to specifying the required extension period from the date of sending the request.
