The objective of this workshop is to give students a broad overview of managerial, strategic and technical knowledge associated with Business Intelligence design, implementation, and utilization through a focus on the concepts and techniques of data warehouse and business intelligence. There is a mixture of theoretical and practical topics including case studies and a significant hands-on component.

Currently working at the Lebanese University and affiliated to the Grenoble Ecole de Management, and Léonard De Vinci, France. She has 10 years of part-time higher education in the Lebanese University and the Lebanese International University teaching different courses in Management and Marketing. She contributes to the knowledge management field through her work in research, with a particular interest in knowledge management, organizational behavior, and leadership. Her research agenda is oriented towards examining different business cases for gender-comprehensive and for developing leaders and entrepreneurs in the workplace.
