Webinar’s Objectives / outcomes / importance:
“I brush my thoughts” is a comprehensive and holistic program that aims at creating a paradigm shift from a victim mindset to a creative, proactive members of the community.
Scientists now tell us that our thoughts affect our cells and in turn our health and wellbeing. They estimate that between 60,000 and 70,000 thoughts cross our minds on a daily basis but 90% are “recycled data” which is a waste of valuable energy. Having the emotional intelligence to manage our thoughts and emotions helps us in choosing our reaction to every day’s events, regardless of our environment and circumstances.
The participants are equipped with tools that enable them to make better choices, have more confidence, be less judgmental/more tolerant and live a mindful and purposeful life.
In these presentations, I share the knowledge I acquired over the years from reading books and attending seminars/retreats/workshops. I also share my own experiences having: raised 2 daughters as a single mum, gone through divorce, survived breast cancer and dealt with the loss of my youngest daughter.
Life is 10% of what happens to us and 90% about how we react to challenges in life.
