The Department of Italian Studies of the Center for Languages & Translation (CLT) at the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences is pleased to invite you to the “Giornata Dantesca”, to commemorate the 700th anniversary of the death of the Italian poet Dante, on 8 December 2021 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm in New Rawda.
In the presence of the Italian ambassador to Lebanon and the director of the Italian Cultural Institute, CLT students and professors will celebrate the “Sommo poeta” through various activities ending with musical performances, Dante games and a visit to the exhibition “Dante plus 700 Beirut edition”.
