The Department of Sports Activity organizes the Independence Swimming Championship 2020, in the Olympic Pool within the Sports Complex in the Rafik Hariri University Compound, Hadath, starting from 11:00 am on 11 November 2020.
The championship includes the 50-meter and 100-meter freestyle races for both women and men, and access closes one hour before the start of the championship.
The organizing committee defined the conditions for participation as follows:
- Each faculty is entitled to register a maximum of three women and three men swimmers, each of whom can compete in the two races in the relevant category, on condition of showing the university card before kick-off.
- Each branch officer and faculty sports coach shall be present with their swimmers.
- Call is made twice before kick-off according to the approved interval between the call and the other. In the event of no attendance, the defaulter is considered withdrawn.
