President Bassam Badran discussed with LAU President Shawki Abdallah ways to strengthen cooperation between the two universities.
President Badran emphasized the Lebanese University’s openness to mutual cooperation, particularly in the areas of graduate studies, faculty exchanges, and scientific research, expressing his interest in strengthening the partnership with LAU in entrepreneurship programs.
During the meeting, it was agreed to continue discussions between the relevant deans in order to update and renew the cooperation agreement previously signed between the two institutions, thereby strengthening scientific cooperation and academic exchange between them.
President Abdallah expressed his admiration for the progress made by the Lebanese University in recent years in terms of its global ranking, and his appreciation for the level of its students, who are among the most competent and academically capable in Lebanon.
