The Department of English Language & Literature at the deanship of the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences organized a competition for master’s students on “Showcasing Digital Creativity in Academic Writing,” under the supervision of Department Head Dr. Rula Yazigy and course instructor Dr. Doris Younis.
The Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Soha El Samad, emphasized the importance of digital media in our current era and encouraged students to continue their interest in this field.
The students (Perla Choueiry, Rayan Rammal, Fahed Sankari, Batoul Hijazi, Ahmad Biddy and Carine Saliba) gave presentations on various tools and platforms, such as fake news review, podcast creation, and converting poems into videos, while Dr. Amal Tawbe and Yusra Sabra evaluated the students’ work.
