The Lebanese University, represented by its rector, Dr. Bassam Badran, signed a cooperation agreement with the International Center for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM)/Zaragoza, Spain, represented by the center’s director, Dr. Raul Compes Lopez.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Lebanese University by the Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy, Dr. Nadine Nassif, the Dean of the Faculty of Sciences, Dr. Ali Kanj, and several advisors to the university’s president. On behalf of CIHEAM, the Chair of the Board of Directors, Ms. Frida Krifca, the Vice-Chair and representative of Lebanon, former Minister Wafaa Dika, as well as the directors of several branches of the center and its administrative staff were present.
