President Bassam Badran appointed Dr. Ali Daher El Dika as Director of the Center for Language & Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences as of 26 February 2025.
Dr. El Dika holds a PhD in Philosophy and headed the Department of Philosophy at the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences – Branch 4 for many years and is its faculty representative for the academic years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.
Dr. El Dika has a number of books and publications related to modern and contemporary philosophical thought, the dialectic of civilizations, political reform, and others.
