President Bassam Badran appointed Dr. Desiree Azzi as the Director of the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences (Branch 2) as of October 2024.
Dr. Azzi holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Poitiers, France in 2007, and is a member of the Psychological Association of Lebanon and the European Foundation (Fondation Européenne de la Psychanalyse – FEP).
Dr. Azzi has a collection of papers published in both Arabic and French on topics related to psychology, psychoanalysis, and the family.
