Dr. Tarek Assaf, from the Faculty of Pedagogy, was elected First Vice President of the Lebanese University Sports Federation (FSUL) for a term extending until the end of 2029, maintaining the University’s active position in the Federation.
Dr. Assaf’s selection is a qualitative addition to the work of the Federation of Universities, given his sports experience and academic competence. He is the head of the Department of Physical Education & Sports at the Faculty of Pedagogy – Branch 2 and advisor to the University President, Dr. Bassam Badran, on sports affairs.
