On the occasion of World Environment Day, the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration – Branch 4, in collaboration with the Lebanese Association for Sustainability and Social Responsibility (LASSR), organized a training workshop entitled “Education as a Gateway to Environmental Sustainability and Social Responsibility”.
The workshop was attended by the Branch Director, Dr. Zoukan Jarmani, Secretary Tara Noun, and professors Bassam Chayya, Ribal Al-Danaf, Jad Karame, and Reem Hatoum. The Association was represented by its President, Dr. Ramona Al-Danaf, and Secretary Dr. Firas Zaidan.
The students gave outstanding group presentations on the environmental goals of sustainable development, and the workshop concluded with the distribution of certificates of participation to the attendees.
