The Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences – Branch 3 participated in the “Youth Parliament” competition organized by the German FNF Association (Friedrich Naumann Foundation) and USJ – Beirut.
The participating student team consisted of (Judi Abdel Rahman, Walid Basal, Judi Chalak, Sawsan Daher, Lara Taleb, Hani Taleb, Marie Tohme, Abdallah Al-Chami, Charbel Al-Ters, Chaima Obeid, Anthony Al-Hamed, and Amal Zein Al-Abidin).
Anthony Al-Hamed won the competition and was selected to travel to Germany to participate in the competition held at the German Parliament. Hani Taleb, Lara Taleb, Marie Tohme, and Abdallah Al-Chami were named honorable mention winners.
It is worth mentioning that the competition focused on competing on the topic of amending and proposing laws and then formally approving them in Parliament.
