The Scientific and Academic Cooperation Attaché at the French Embassy in Lebanon, Mrs. Laurence Cossart, accompanied by the Director of the French Institute in Lebanon/Deir el-Qamar, Ms. Tiphaine Malfettes, visited the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture – Branch 4.
A meeting was held between the French delegation and the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Zaher Abdel Khalek, in the presence of the Secretary of the Faculty, Mrs. Nathalie Dagher Tahan, and Mrs. Laure Najjar.
The meeting discussed prospects for academic and cultural cooperation between the faculty and the French institutions represented, and both sides expressed their mutual desire to strengthen existing partnerships and move forward with future cooperation projects.
