The Lebanese University maintained its lead in the Arab world in terms of professional and academic reputation, according to the QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) Arab University Rankings for 2026.
Among the 298 Arab universities included in the ranking, the Lebanese University ranked 22nd in the Arab world and 2nd in Lebanon in terms of professional and academic reputation, recording a four-point improvement over last year.
The new ranking confirms the Lebanese University’s commitment to implementing its strategic plan (2024-2028), particularly in terms of scientific research, promoting innovation, and opening up to academic and scientific institutions at home and abroad.
