President Bassam Badran met in his office at the Central Administration Building – Museum, with the Turkish Ambassador to Lebanon, Murat Lütem, who headed a delegation that included Mr. Abdullah Eren, Head of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), and a group of academic and cultural figures. Dr. Ahmad Rabah and Dr. Khaled Al-Jundi attended on behalf of the Lebanese University.
The discussion between the two sides focused on academic cooperation between the Lebanese University and Turkish universities, institutes, and academic and scientific institutions, particularly at the level of scholarship programs, in addition to the exchange of visiting professors and the coordination of joint academic and research activities.
