Qatari Minister of Education & Higher Education Lolwah bint Rashid bin Mohammed Al-Khater, headed by a delegation, visited the Doctoral School of Science & Technology at the Lebanese University / Rafik Hariri University Campus – Hadath, where she was received by President Bassam Badran and a number of deans and directors of the faculties, institutes and branches.
President Badran said: “We share what was proposed at the recent UNESCO conference in Paris by proposing the diplomacy of scientists as an effective means of communication between Arab countries and between peoples to achieve sustainable development for our societies.”
President Badran added: “We consider this day as a day of departure to achieve the noble goals that we all seek.”
