The Faculty of Economics & Business Administration – Branch 2, in cooperation with Center MINE and the HR Department at SABIS, organized a workshop on “The Power of Emotional Intelligence.”
The workshop highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence in professional and personal life and enhanced students’ leadership and social skills through:
– Improving effective communication and strengthening human relationships.
– Enhancing the ability to make decisions consciously and confidently.
– Supporting teamwork and collaboration within teams.
– Providing practical tools for managing stress and coping with daily challenges.
The workshop was characterized by its interactive nature, where students had the opportunity to participate in practical exercises and tests to assess their level of emotional intelligence and ways to develop this vital skill that has become essential in contemporary work environments.
